本日８／４（木）２０：５０〜Koji先生によるイベントクラス「マインドフル・ヨーガ」が開催されました。
【感想】
- 力がいい感じに抜けました。
- 難しいポーズも先生のおっしゃる通りにしたら気持ち良くできました。
- 運動量が多く汗をすごくかきました。
- 肩まわりを刺激するポーズが多くて明日筋肉痛になりそうです（笑）
- 難しいポーズが多かった。
- いつもより伝えるポイントが多く、その通りにやるとスムーズにポーズをとれました。
などの声をいただきました。
次回は８／２７（土）１６：３０〜Yuki先生による「静と動のヨガ part②」です。
