本日７／３０（土）１８：１０〜You先生によるイベントクラス「精神の浄化と関節をすべての緊張から解き放つRelax yoga」が開催されました。
【感想】
- いつもすごく動いているので、たまにはこういう感じもいいかなと思いました。
- ゆっくりだったけどしっかり汗かけました。
- 音楽と一緒に動いてとてもリラックスできました。
- いつも仕事で身体がガチガチなのでリラックスできてとてもよかったです。
- ゆるめるというのは難しいなと感じました。
などの声をいただきました。
次回は８／４（木）２０：５０〜Koji先生による「マインドフル・ヨーガ」です。
