本日１８：００〜【９０】Daisuke先生とYu-ki先生による
『男ヨガ‼︎』が開催されました。
《感想》
•しんどかった！
•手がプルプルです。
•だいぶトレーニングが多かったけど楽しかったです。
•家でもやってみます！
•２回目の開催を楽しみにしてます！

•レッスンの途中ですでに足が筋肉痛になりました。
•太ももに効いて明日自転車に乗れるか不安・・・（笑）
•あんなにきついとは思わなかったです。でもキツさが嬉しかったです（笑）
