本日１５：００〜【９０】Hitomi先生による『体の芯から体温UPヨガ』が開催されました。
《感想》
- お腹と太ももの筋肉をしっかり使えました。
- すごくハードで汗たっぷりかきました。
- とってもスッキリしました。
- いつもより動きが多くて楽しかったです。
- いつも伸ばせてないところを使えました。
- またこのレッスンをしてほしい。
- またHitomi先生のレッスンを受けたいと思いました。
