本日１８：２０〜【９０】Kumiko先生による『ドニパトロで元気になるヨガ』が開催されました。
《感想》
- ドニパトロの音色が心地良かったです。
- 気持ち良くて別世界にいるみたいでした。
- ハードな動きが好きなので、楽しかったです。
- 音色が耳に残る感じで心地良く不思議な感覚でした。
次回のイベントクラスは、９／２４（土）９：２０〜【６０】Sayu先生による『体幹力アップyoga』です。ご参加お待ちしてます。
