本日１７：５０〜【９０】Hitomi先生による『おしりビューティーヨガ』が開催されました。
《感想》
- 楽しかったです。またやりたいです。
- はじめから沢山汗が出ました！気持ちよかったです。
- いつも使わない所の筋肉を使ったのですごく効きました。
- 効いてる感じがして良かったです。
- おしり中心だったのですごく効きました。
- おしりが筋肉痛になりそうです。（笑）
次回のイベントクラスは、５／２７（金）１１：５０〜【７０】Akiko先生による
『ヨガとタイ式マッサージで体の中を意識しよう！』です。ご参加お待ちしてます。
