本日１２：１５〜リストラティブヨガのお披露目特別レッスンの第２回目が開催されました。
リラックスを求めて受講された方やリストラティブヨガに興味を持っていた方などが受講されており、「とてもリラックス出来た」「ずっと受けていたかった」などというお声を頂きました。
