Hikaruヨガワークショップ　2012年06月9・10日

毎年恒例のひかる先生によるヨガワークショップが今年も無事終わりました。ひかる先生のシヴァナンダヨガクラスが、久しぶりに開催され、かなり反響だったようで、なにより嬉しい事でした。また、アーユルヴェーダについて詳しいクラスも参加者はメモしたり、質問が飛び交ったりとまだまだ聞き足りない程で、あっと言う間に終わった感じでした。

ヨガ哲学、瞑想の話しなどを現代女性らしく、皆の生活に役立つように話してくれました。毎年の事ですが、アサナからもう一つ踏み込んで、哲学、瞑想を深めようとする人が増えて来た気がします。
